2014年5月28日-31日，有中国“卫浴奥斯卡”之称的上海国际厨卫展在上海新国际博览中心拉开帷幕。这也是继法兰克福展和米兰展之后，Duravit在全球第三大卫浴展上的持续亮相。除了携多款新品登陆本届厨卫展之外，Duravit联手世界前端设计师倾情呈现欧洲最新产品理念以及富有创意的整体卫浴解决方案，引领全球卫浴新潮流。

On May 28th - 31st, 2014 the 19th Kitchen & Bath China – the largest and most influential exhibition in China’s Kitchen and bathroom industry opened its curtains at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As the world’s third largest sanitary exhibition following the exhibitions in Frankfurt and Milan, it attracted thousands of domestic and international mainstream brands and dealers. Joining hands with world’s top designers in the debut of numerous new products, Duravit also showcased the latest concept and creative integral bathroom solutions that lead in the world sanitary market

This year, Duravit presents in Booth D15, W1 Hall as always, but on a larger scale than usual, showing the visitors its cooperation with the world’s most famous designers and demonstrating the latest bathroom trends and complete bathroom solutions full of innovation. Aligned with the ongoing streamlined and simple scenario of Duravit, the booth is highlighted by bright colors and Duravit scent, presenting the design-based and modern style of Duravit as well as embodying the distinctive charm of this century-old German brand.

Its new products got the unanimous positive feedback of the dealers and numerous media also fell over each other in their eagerness to report about Duravit’s latest bathroom concepts.

During the show, Mr. Dirk Lange, General Manager of Duravit China and Mr. James Wang, sales marketing director of Duravit China were present on the spot to explain Duravit’s complete bathroom concepts and trends of bathroom technology to numerous media and visitors. In the interview with the media, Dirk Lange, GM of Duravit China, said: “China has always been one of the most important markets for Duravit in the world. With the improvement of Chinese consumers’ quality of life, their requirements of sanitary brand, product quality and design is becoming higher. Duravit guide and constantly meet the needs of Chinese consumers on integral bathroom, and we are developing rapidly in China. The products that Duravit released during the exhibition are with the pace of European. We hope that brand essence of Duravit could be showed to Chinese market with the platform of Kitchen & Bath China and transform the concept of Living Bathroom to every Chinese family.”

Besides the positive feedback on the new products, Duravit was also praised for the professional booth, which provided and showed various different programs of Duravit products to business partners once again.

Opposites are known to attract and yet the desire for harmony is also a completely natural instinct. The new Vero collection of bathroom furniture by Duravit is a response to exactly this dichotomy: an elementary basic model with carefully balanced proportions meets a strong design identity. Vertical handles that are inset in the fronts create a striking contrast to the classically modern form. Recurring material thicknesses and dimensions that feature in all the items of furniture define the cubic look.

The Rimless toilets in the DuraStyle, Happy D.2 and Darling New series offer an efficient solution wherver optimum hygiene and short cleaning times are required: the open design of the flushing rim ensures an innovative and powerful flow of water with outstanding flushing results. The water enters the bowl evenly and powerfully so that the entire interior surface is fully rinsed during the flushing process. As a modern wall-mounted toilet of the 4.5-litre generation, the Rimless model delivers perfect flushing results, even with small water volumes, and so also helps to save water. The open and easily accessible rim area makes the bowl much easier to keep clean.

The understated design of the shower-toilet seat by Philippe Starck harmonises particularly well with the Rimless models from the Happy D.2 and DuraStyle top design lines. All the technical components fit between the ceramic body and the toilet seat. This further simplifies the elegant lines, fully in keeping with the timeless silhouette.

按摩浴缸和Sundeck携手上阵?由奥地利设计师三人组 EOOS 倾力打造的Sundeck 按摩浴缸，无论是在浴室或阳台，均可随时随地尽情享用，营造全方位的舒适体验。此款 Sundeck 系列产品加长了约 30 厘米，并安装有实用的表面搁板，可将集成技术隐藏于内。该款按摩浴缸，配置优雅大方的纤细盖板，为矩形设计增添了精致细腻的圆润质感。

A pool and sundeck at the same time? Sundeck provides all-round relaxation. The pool designed by the Austrian designer trio EOOS is always ready for use – whether in the bathroom or on the terrace. The Sundeck, which has been extended by around 30 cm, now offers a practical shelf surface which conceals the integrated technology. The pool features elegant, slim panelling, which adds a finer nuance to the orthogonal design.

The history of Duravit began in 1917 when Georg Friedrich Horn established an earthware factory in Hornberg in Germany’s Black Forest.
